Seatback Tilt Not Functioning on 8-Way Seat

I've got an 8-way power driver seat in my 92. I think the prior owner had some problem with the switch and may have disabled the motor that tilts the upright portion of the seat. So it's the motor that would be powered by the up/down arrows of the right (as your facing both switches) switch. I suppose the motor itself may be dead. Anyone know the specific wires that power the motor and location of said motor? The prior owner pulled out the insert of the seat and I think was using a power drill to manually adjust the tilt? Not sure how that works, but here are some photos of what it looks like in there. I noticed a loose spade connector. Not sure what it connects to. Maybe just for an additional option like heating perhaps?

Anyone know if it's possible to manually adjust the tilt? Would really help if I can figure out which motor adjusts the seatback tilt.

Here is the wiring diagram for the driver side seat. If you need the seat heater diagram, let me know.

The seat back recline motor connects to one of the cable with the square drive.
There is a second motor for the lumbar height which connects to the other cable drive.
The third motor in the diagram is the lumbar curve control. Not sure if you have this option.

Try using a cordless drill to drive the square end and observe which one moves.
That's really the only thing you can do,
