kinematic adjustment porsche 993 DIY
I'm currently working on the kinematic adjustment of my Porsche 993. In addition to the Porsche spirit levels, there are motorsport tools from Carnewal and Autometrics - but I don't want to look at them any further here. Aren't the two tools from Porsche 9550 and 9549 just simple inclinometers? These measure the inclination of arm 2 and arm 5, which are then to be approximated to the value of 1.5 scale units. Does anyone have these Porsche tools and could compare the inclinations? For example, is 0 degrees on the inclinometer also shown as 0 degrees on the Porsche tool? If you had a comparison table or ensured that the actual angle of inclination of arm 2 and arm 5 was considered, you could make the adjustment with standard inclinometers. I would be grateful for any help.
