Late 944 T and 968 rear calipers same as 92 and up 964 rears?

Looking to upgrade my 2 piston rear calipers on my 91 C2 to the later 4 piston type.

I have seen a lot of 968 and 944 T rear calipers and they seem to have the same 30/28 pistons, but are they actually the same part number?

I am also planing to change out the porportioning valve to the 55 unit.
