993 questions
do 993's have dual plug heads...or the same heads as 964's? do they have dual distributors?

Yes, 993's have dual spark plug heads. Don't know if they are identical to 964 heads. Yes, there is a dual cap distributor with 12 wires and 2 coil wires to feed the 12 spark plugs.

The heads on the 993 have a 993 part number where the block is a 964 part number.
