I've seen some interesting film/shields from 3M and others, if I cared about the lenses more I would get them - though there is this cool yellow tinted one that I might look into.

Headlights? I don't have 'em anymore.

On a more serious note, when I had them, I completely covered them with racer's tape.

My 993 look is a street car that gets tracked so need to keep the lights.
Pelican sells these for the 911, seen anything similar for the 993?
Good looking cars.
thanks,

I've got plastic sheets that are transparant and fit over the glass, they are commercially available

Is the motivation to prevent breakage in the first place, or to keep the glass off the track after breakage?

My 911 headlights have clear vinyl decals on them, they are about 3-4mm thick and have done a good job of protecting the lights. I have seen them on a bunch of 911's at the track and I'm sure someone makes them for your car but mine were on the car when I bought it so I don't know the source.

Lamin-x goes on like the widow tinting films, water and a squegee are all that's needed

Lamin-x is 17-20mil, clear or tinted.

Also comes off easily if so desired
