Replace power window switch
The switch just failed for good. Feels like a part inside the toggle broke loose. How do I replace the switch, does the door panel need to be removed? '95 993.

Nope, no need to remove the door panel. The switch just comes straight out. Gently pry it with a screwdriver, if needed. Pull the plug off the back, plug into the new switch, and push the new switch into the door. It's about a 30 second repair job.
Some people have had success repairing the old switch. Take it apart, drill out the broken plastic piece, and replace with a tiny piece of metal, like a short section of a paper clip. Good Luck!

Perfect, thanks. Now, I can't spend just $15.00 at Pelican. Got to tackle a few more projects to justify shipping....
