Small Cracks in Case - Is This Normal ?
cleaned the gunk of my motor and found these small cracks. i'm not sure if this is normal or if someone overtorqued the case nuts.
any suggestions ?

i don't think those are real cracks but metal imperfections from casting that are amplified by oil / dirt getting in them. I've noticed them in cases I've looked at. ...i'd ask the guys over on engine rebuild forum for sure.

Those appear to be normal casting marks, I would not worry about it. Our SC and our 993 have very, very similar things!
