Cruise control not working

Test drove the car today in prep for the trip to Panama City (3 hour drive)
My cruise control is inoperative. Last work done was replacing clutch slave and master cylinder.
It's a nice thing to have but can manage without. Anything to check really quick tonight? Thanks.

Put your foot under the clutch pedal and pull back to make sure that has come back all of the way. The cruise will not operate unless the pedal is fully back. They have a tendancy to hang up a little, and this will not allow the cruise to engage. Kevin

Oh, yeah, that was it!
When I pulled the pedal cluster to replace the master, I may have knocked the clutch pedal switch out of position.
Thanks. I'll check that out really quick and post back results.

I did the clutch master 8 months ago this past February but never tested or used the cruise.
Here is the pic.

The clutch switch lever got bent and the switch is not getting depressed to make contact.
I just straightened the switch tab and cruise is back.

gotta love this board!

I was going to suggest just breaking off the control arm and never mind the cruise control?

Cheers,
