Offset
Could someone please explain to me exactly what an offset is and why it's so important? 92 C2 cab.... Probably a lame ques. i know....THANKS!!

is the offset the center of the wheel (where the lug nuts are)to the imaginary center line of the wheel OR the spokes to the center line?
