g50/05 long and short

here's a comparison w/ only the cwp changed 9:31 in the first and 8:32 in the second.

Just my opinion but the first seems more generally useful to me. The second maybe for a track only car, where the 2 biggest hits are in 1st and 5th.

Note that the rpm drops between gears don't change at all

Bill: Your first chart is for a 9:30, not 9:31 as indicated in the text ... and I believe the 9:31 (3.444) is the correct ratio.

I was answering a question about a 964 w/ a g50/05 trans(US '92-94) which indeed does have the 9:30 cwp,
