Clutch issue

What can be wrong after I replace the clutch valve, slave, and the flexible hose to the slave, bled all the system twice. The pedal was very smooth and very quiet. So today I use the car for a few hours and now the pedal is not that smooth and the salve is noisy again. I don't know what else to do!!
Any comment will be much appreciated!!

Did you lube the end of the slave rod?

Could be the fork and cross shaft needle bearings starting to bind. The needle bearings could have dried up and lost the grease lubricant. I have the same problem. I am getting ready to drop my transmission when my Maxjax lift is installed.
