Question Leak from top left

I recently had my '92 engine steam cleaned and we found that there were no oil leaks coming from the heads or valve covers, but the top of the engine is filthy. Thinking it might be the oil sender o-ring, I replaced that last night and the old o-ring looked good and there was not a lot of oil residue from that area. The oil seems to be coming from the other side (drivers side) on the top. Are there any typical leaks from that side? Here is a picture of the back with the pressure / temp unit out.

Thanks for any ideas.

Is that the oil breather hose that I am pointing to with the blue arrow?

If so, how easy is it to replace?
Can I get to it by removing the intake manifold?

On my car (Turbo) I was able to replace the o-ring but couldn't get to the breather without removing the engine, so it will have to wait.
