Headlight issue

Ok just picked up a 91 964 C2, drove it down from San Jose to LA and the light beam was terrible. So i installed Silverstars, they worked when installed and now the low beams don't work. High beams work. There is no power at the 2 fuses, could it be the switch or should I be looking some where else. Any info is appreciated.

What wattage bulb? How about the relays? If there is no power it could be the switch or the high-beam switch in the steering column.

Separately, clean the inside of the headlight housing with alcohol, the lenses and reflector tend to get a haze the dulls the light.

There are no relays for the headlights on a 964, totally stock setup. All I did was swap out the regular bulbs for standard SilverStars that are a little crisper.
Has anyone had a turn indicator lever go out, by looking at the wiring diagram it looks like this controls the low beams from coming on also. I just picked up this car so unsure if the previous owner had issues with it.

Update

I replaced the turn indicator column switch and that fixed my problem. Have lights again.
