Fun over the weekend upgrades (Recaros, seat belts, pedals)

his weekend was pretty fun

I got a chance to add a set of Recaro SRD Seats with all Porsche mounting brackets this past weekend.
WOW the difference these seats made, Lighter, Stiffer and much better looking. Last time I was at the track (streets of willow) I was sliding around the seats and I know I lost a few seconds on my lap times...

I was considering Recaro Pole Position but 1 there too expensive 2# can't use them every day.

I took the time to also add Red Seat belts and Rennline Floor boars + Full set of pedals . I picked up this loot at LA Porsche Dismantlers.

BTW notice the "RS" style Shift knob it's much beefier than the skinny stock shift knob.

I added some before photos as well as after...

Next in line:
993 Aeros in black
993 Door handles
Rs door panels (just need to install)
Rennline lower dash From Pelican parts ...there cheaper than a used stock 911 carrera lower dash

and maybe a 993 Silver handbrake !

The SRD's are a nice compromise seat

The only down side is that I can't adjust the recline knob while driving and the belts are hard to reach every time...

They should have made the knob to recline the seat down under the seat...
BTW they were very dirty in the photos I had them steam cleaned right after.

Those seatbelts are nice, do they have to be from a 964? Can you give me an idea of what they cost you?
