Are RSA's the only 964's w/o sunroofs?

Just curious. Whenever I do the 'what if' thing and look at 964s online they all, but for RSA's, have sunroofs.


Does such a thing exist?

There might be a handful of US spec cars without but you will probably have to find a Euro.

wow. not real familiar with 964 pricing; what does a euro spec car add to price and is the motor higher comp. etc as with the bumper cars?

RS and Cups don't have sunroofs either.

There is no difference between US and RoW engines used in 964s. Even the RS and Cup used the same components, though specially selected, and w/ a better chip

my 90 c4 does not have a roof or airbags. It is a euro spec car though, i had not seen another in the same trim here in Canada.

The sunroof was an option on most of the 964 range - even on the RSA. Only the RS lightweight and Cup cars, as Bill said, would be devoid of a sunroof. C2s and C4s without a sunroof do exist but they are pretty rare.

I think Sun Roof delete has been an option on all 911 type cars until just within the last couple of years part way through 997 production.

I saw a US C2 without SR on Ebay once. I saw an 80's Carrera 3.2 on Craig s list up in Oregon once that did not have a SR. I have seen several 993 and several 996 NA's with SR delete. I have seen 993TT's with SR and or rear seat deletes.

I almost ordered a 2002 996TT and I believe sunroof delete was an option at that time. I have seen one US 996TT SR delete sense.

There was never any savings in doing so so most got SR's.

I guess I would say there are some out there but again I have only seen the one non RSA offered for sale in say the last 10 years of kind of watching Ebay and other sites.

I don't have airbags, nor dual mass! But, I'll keep the sunroof.
