ecu reprogramming?

we've got a 993 TT engine on the way with the factory harness and brain...

what do we need to do to get the stock anti theft system disabled?

i'm assuming there is a "pats" system like in other cars that has to be disabled before the ecu will work in a different car

i'm betting we'll have to send the ecu somewhere to get this done, anybody ever do anything like this?

thanks, we'll give him a ring as well

the engine isn't going to ship with an immobilizer box and fob, so we'll probably have to buy those

we finally got the engine in....

we're gonna need the immobilizer box and the fob...

also, does anybody make a nice polished intercooler?

we've found one, but it's almost 4k and that's pretty damn steep even for porsche stuff lol
