good idea?
I have been thinking about how to totally remove the need for moving heat all the way from the engine into the cab of the car. Not only would that allow for headers without heat exchangers but also remove the blower and all the heart related items from the engine compartment. I had two ideas that may have been thought of before but I couldn't find anything on Google. My first idea is to use a small DC heating element in the HVAC until if there is room for such. My other idea was to have a small oil cooler housed inside the HVAC until. I know this sounds like a lot of trouble but when you want all the functions a car can offer but, also want to keep things ultra neat and clean looking this might be a good way of doing that. I guess I need to see what kind of room is in the HVAC or see if there is room for such an idea to develop.

You'll have a tough time getting sufficient heat from the electric systems in a 964/993,
in the old days they used gas heaters mounted in the trunk, might work for you.
