Shifting problem

'95 C2

Car shifts notchy when cold.
You can feel the syncros and gears. When the trans warms up..for me this is a 100 mile drive. Then it shifts smoothly.

I have already changed the trans oil twice. First with redline and secondly with another oil which I can't remember. I'm going to try Mobil this weekend.

The clutch works fine and doesn't slip. I've already changed the slave cylinder and the line leading to it. I'm wondering if changing the master cylinder and it's line when I change the trans fluid to remedy my shifting problem.

I have two friends with very high mileage 993's and they shift silky smooth. Any ideas???
