US spec cams vs Euro RS spec cams

I have a 95 993 which I'm looking to upgrade... I did look at a 3.8 conversion but is too expensive for little power gain... so I'm looking at the following options.

1. Valve Job
2. FabSpeed 993 Supercup Exhaust System with sports cat.
3. 993 Euro RS Spec Cams
4. ECU upgrade @ dyno

Does any one have an idea of the real HP gain... educated guesstimates?

a friend recently rebuilt his '95 along the lines you have outlined

Rennport valve job w/ RS valves
custom Steve Wong chip tuned from dyno runs to the specific engine
Peak PRWHP 263 PRWTQ 234
At 15% drive loss = FWHP 309 FWTQ 275
