Have you checked the fuses in the trunk?

1991 964 C2, original, no, but wouldn't both hi-beams not work if it were a fuse?

Got it! NAPA BP9004... just replaced them both and everything works just fine!

Just ran into same issue. Replaced my turn signal switch (needed replacing) and both headlights. Switch works great, lo beams work great, but one hi beam is not working. Any other thoughts? Really appreciate it.
