RSA lowering

I have a 93 RSA and just had a set of H&R sport springs installed the shop set the ride height at 138mm front and 245mm rear it still looks to high ,there is 1 1/2inch gap from top of tire to fender on front and 1inch on rear, any help on ride height specs ,I want the lowest ride height without damaging anything

What wheels and tires?

Why not go to RS height if you have 225/45 and 255/40 x17 rears(or similar)
