where to buy 964 brake cooling duct kit?

Anyone know of a good brake cooling duct kit for a 964? Already have the duct pieces that fit in the bumper, need the hoses and mounts that get it to the wheels/brakes...

Though, I wonder if it can even be done with wider wheels/tires than stock - no room to route the hoses?
