Fuses

I have a 1995 993 racecar that is blowing fuse number 18 only when it warms up. When cold all the gauges work fine, (fuel, speedometer, battery charge light etc) and when it gets warmed up the fuse blows and I loose instruments and cannot find why. I have chased all the wiring and everything seems to be OK, and tried increasing from the original 7.5 to 10 amp and does not make a difference, it still blows....

Originally, this fuse also controlled the catalytic converter control ...could this be the problem and if so where / how do I bypass this... possibility ??

Can anyone please advise on what and where to look for ground wires or
troubleshooting for this.

Thanks,
Dennis

Ohm it out and find the short or load that is causing your 7.5A fuse to blow.
