993 rear tire size

i have a 1995 993 with 10x17 Fiske rear wheels and coil over suspension. the car is a bit lower. will 275/40 17s fit?

w/o knowing the wheel offset the question cannot be answered

generally a 10ET65 can accommodate a 265 to 295 tire even at very low ride heights,

as the ET goes down and the size goes up you quickly run out of room unless the car is raised
