How to Replace MAF Harness Connector?

I need to replace the MAF connector (harness plug) due to a broken locking ring. It is a 1995 993 motor with Varioram. I have the new connector but I would appreciate advice from anyone who has done this before. Special tool needed? Basically I need to get the 4 wires out of the old connector and into the replacement in the correct position .. Anyone done this before?

Replacement Complete!

A special Porsche tool is required to compress the barbs on the contacts and push the connector out of the plastic housing. The barbs need to be pulled back out slightly and then the connector can be reset into the housing. It snaps into place. Thanks to a local Porsche Tech who loaned me the special tool
