cv/hub r&r

The 91 C4 has 30,000 mi on it so thinking of repacking cv joints
also note more disc brk dust on rear whls than front ones. (side note:
when all rims were re-finsihed, rear ones were bad had to be replaced.)
suspect bent parts still. as a porsche tech for years, am asking you folks
who i really admire, what bends easier stub axles or hubs?
Are the front hubs the same as rear ones? Are those rear brgs the same
as front. Are tappered rollers better than ball brgs? I assume that is the
big cost difference? Want to re-stud w/.250" whl spacers and steel lug
nuts, and also true up (facing off in latche after removing studs) or replace hubs, and brgs. Any suggestions here appreciated! Are there "stub" axles front and rear like 901's and 930's have at rear? So many thanks, you are a great community for 964s. have learned so much. i love my carrera 4. bought in 2007 w/24,000 mi.
