can somebody tell me what is the widest spacer through the stock studs that I can use safely without having to replace the studs? I have cup one wheels on a narrow body with the rear et of 47 on the 17x9 rim and want to space them out to where they barely clear the fender lip. this is on a 1991 964

I've had 7mm on the front wheels of my 993 for years.

I have 5mm on the rear of my 993 and works well.
