Clamshell do not open.

Last Saturday I open the roof without problems. After a 3 hours ride, closed the roof. Latter that day I open the roof no problems. Latter went to closed and it got stock. After a good pull on the metal cover, felt like was stock in something, was released and closed the roof well. Couple of hours latter, I opened the roof with no problems. But when I got home, the clamshell just moved about 1.5 inches and got stock. This time a good pull did not work. Is stock in that position. I have try all in the owners manual, your website, and other with no luck. It feels like something is holding the clamshell mechanism down.
I live 6 hours away from a Porsche dealer.
I need all the help I can get.
Thanks

You are operating the roof with the engine running, correct?
