Porsche Crest 997 s

Started my 06 Carrera S 6 Spd, first time in a month after a trip to Cali, a shrieking noise when first started, shut it off right away, when restarted a puff of smoke and started right on, drove to the car wash no problem, when started again to leave the "Check Engine" light came out and engine started to run really rough, drove home a qtr. mile and parked it.

Any ideas what is going on?
I appreciate any and suggestions!

Thank you!

The AOS may have failed.
Check the crankcase vacuum with a manometer.

I plugged in the diagnostic tool and found Cyl#1,4, misfired, cleared the codes and started right up no problem, I think I know what I did wrong to trigger the misfire codes-started and shut off and restarted in a rapid sequence, that might've caused the ECU to screw up?

You washed the car and it misfired? Time to change ignition coils
