Disregard the airbag plug. I worked around it. Job is done fairly simple job. realignment is probly biggest pain. I still need some help on the pins on the regulator. I have 4 pins/clips that I don't know how they are to be set. I have 2 pushed in and 2 out. window doesn't go all the way down. all but about 1 1/4" at highest point not going down. I figure it's a pin either way. Can't tell from old regulator. Any experience on this??

I've had this happen a few times in the past. The regulators had an extra stop riveted on to the regulator slide track, and I had to remove the upper one for it to lower all the way down. To verify this is the case run the window up, then while looking at the tracks see if the regulator slide contacts a little plastic and rubber stopper before it is all the way down... If so you must remove this stopper. If there is another one riveted on to the track down lower you're finished. If not, you'll need to rivet the stop you removed on to the lower indentation.
