When I close my top, the fabric does not fold correctly but stays over the metal latch. When the hard clamshell cover then closes, the latch punctures a hole in the middle of my roof. Any ideas on how to fix?

I think there are some elastic tension straps in the canvas top that are broken or un attached.

I have the same issue on mine. The clamshell latch and locking mechanism keeps putting a hole in my soft top.
I can't find any removal instructions online for the soft top assembly, anyone have access? I want to redo the entire soft top myself |
