Hi I have a 997. Recently my ac started making a hissing noise and it has stopped cooling. Hissing only happens when fan is on. Will it be a simple Regis or does it sound more sinister?

Sounds like it has sprung a leak. Usually this hissing I've found to be from a leaking evaporator.
