My new 2006 Carrera S
Since selling my 77 I've been wanting another but the prices have been escalating so fast and high I decided to go with a newer water cooled 997. I found this and purchased it on Sunday, 3/18 in Santa Clara. I only hope I did not make a wrong decision, but it is so beautiful and great to drive I had to have it. The mileage is 50K and the automatic is super nice to drive with. The car has wrap/lining/covering(?) on the front fenders, hood, in front of rear wheel wells and the used for letters on doors saying Carrera S. When I test drove it everything was fine, but when I went back the NAV sys was asking for a NAV CD? Not sure what that means but I told the dealer to please have that fixed. As of today, it had not been fixed yet, and when googling it says it needs a software update? Well, hopefully the dealer will get it fixed. Here are a few pictures of the car. I live in Redwood City, CA.

Congratulations! That is an incredibly beautiful car. I think the nav disc receiver is located under the passenger seat. At least that's where it is in a Cayenne. The disc must be missing.
