Pros and Cons to Solid motor mounts

So what are the pro and cons in regards to solid motor mounts?

How many of you are running them and why?
How many of you are not running them and why?

I was running them and switched to the Klub sport style mounts, I think my car shifted better with the solid mounts.

I recently switched back from solid to the club sport mounts. For me, there was no noticeable difference in shifting, but better cabin noise.

Club sport mounts? Sounds like an easily reversable mod to me.

(adding to list of maybe's)

Garage
Use the CS mounts if you run carbs...solids will play havoc w/set screws, etc.

In my 914 track car I use club mounts on the tranny and plastic mounts on the engine. Some vibration, but not too bad. We had a RS America here in san Diego that kept jumping out of gear at auto-x's and it would really lift that inside wheel which corresponded to roughly the same time it jumped out of gear. Got rid of the solid mounts I heard and no more gear problems?!
