I have a 1987 911 coupe and I am starting driver education. I have a MOMO Race steering wheel on the car. It's 350mm. Some people have advised me that the wheel is too small for track use and will make it difficult steering on high speed turns; such as turn 1 and turn 7 at Watkins Glen. They say I should use a wheel such as the Porsche 930s wheel which is 370mm and heavier. Other people tell me the MOMO wheel which is smaller and lighter will make the car respond faster. Any help would be appreciated.

We have a front wheel driver car that we removed the power steering components and used the same rack. We are using a smaller than stock 350mm wheel too. We drive 1 1/2 to 2 hours stints on a track smaller and tighter than the Glenn with the same amount of turns in 1.6 miles. You'll be fine
