FS: Longacres HotLap timer

I know there are newer versions, and most of you have GPS enabled stuff, but if you want a cheap lap timer that works very well, I'm selling my complete Longacres HotLap system. I even made a longer cable to connect the receiver to the display I had mounted on my dash. See picture:

$125 shipped anywhere in CUS.

I might be interested. Can you tell me how it works? Do you put the receiver on the pit wall, transponder in the car and as you pass by the receiver the lap time appears on the display? How does the car part get power? How does the wall part get power? Battery? Charger? etc.

^^ Exactly like that.
All are battery operated.
Transmitter (on the wall) takes C batteries, receiver (mounted in car) takes 9v. Display gets power from the receiver through the cord.
