Just enough to take to local car shows; no more. Pretty liberal inspectors here in Texas

you guys were correct: -12an lines to/from the cooler, and -8an from the oil tank to the breather bottle: wtf. Here are a few updated pictures:
-interior: grand prix white. Gulf-blue entire front end, fuel cell new-foam & painted & new fasteners. New bulkhead -3an brake line fitting & new Goodridge lines. Replaced all fasteners for fuel cell, sway bar, brakes. brakes: replaced master cylinders and new lines: -4an feeders from reserv. to pedal box, relocated reserv. to above the pedals: didnt like them at face-level inside the car...dunno why. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I used to race with Eric Geores back in the late '90s. He raced a yellow car back then.

Do you have any idea who used to build his gearboxes? I have an externally cooled and probably race prepped 915 that I'm selling and know nothing else about. :/
Car update; I have purchased all the oil cooling components per the recommendations on this thread, where most of the lines are -16AN, though the high pressure return is indeed closer in ID to a -12an on my '90 3.6, so why the overkill??

Mark, I have a 53" IROC tail. It's a little rough, but easily brought back and I'm in San Antonio. $300 and I'll even deliver it (I get to see the beast in person that way).

Hey Mark, I bought a tail some six months ago but thanks for,the offer. I spend my weekends in the garage though today and tomorrow I'm placing a built 951s engine back into the car today. Fun stuff...Starbucks first.

Starbucks first, my brother!
I'm adding glass to the inside edges of the tail for my 74 IROC today so I can finish grinding the edges down to fit the engine opening properly. Jones has my 915, rebuilding it and adding an LSD to go behind the 3.6 going in shortly. Always some project happening! Good luck with yours, very cool!
