Toyo RR Tires and Autocross

I just got a set of Toyo RR DOT Race tires for my 1973 911.

Has anyone tried these for AX? Car is lightly modified (turbo T bars, and lowered, 19 mm adjustable swats bars at both ends, aggressive street alignment by Rothsport). Weight with me is about 26-2700 lbs.

Any suggestions on tire pressures.

Thanks!

Hi:

I use a set RRs on my 15" Fuchs in 205/225 sizes. I drive on these to the local events which are up to 40 miles from my home. Not sure I'd want to try them in the rain though!

I think pressures in the front were mid 20s and up slightly for the rear end. My car weighs in around 2675 with car+driver.

No special settings on mine except for a slight performance alignment. Car has more potential than I do for autox I think!

Here's a video from last fall..
