1970 911T with 31K original miles.

I’m posting this car for a long time PCA Club Member friend who does not own a computer. I have known of this car for the last 15 years or so… It belongs to a good friend of my wife. She has owned the car for about 20 years or so. I have always lusted after this car and have told my wife to call Mary and see when she would be selling her 911. Last year’s Christmas card announced that the 911 was for sale.

We took a ride a few weeks ago and visited Mary. The car is basically complete and runs like a top. It has 31K original miles and new SSIs. It was originally a white car and was painted brown about 20 years ago. Unfortunately, it has some rust issues and I do not do body work, otherwise, I would have bought it.

As a courtesy to Mary, I told her that I would post the car on Pelican and hopefully some other Porsche lover would restore to her full glory. The car has been maintained by Powertech, a local North Jersey shop.

I am including some pictures that pretty much depict its condition. I was being pretty thorough with the pictures since I wanted to document it for my own potential purchase.
