1973.5 911 Freshly Redone $69,995

I am finishing up a restoration on a 1973.5 911T and offering it for sale. It has just over 50,000 miles on it and has been just treated to a major cosmetic exterior, underside and interior restoration. The car for sale here in Ohio and you can email me at stigsdad@gmail.com

The Certificate of Authenticity from Porsche indicates that this Montana car is a numbers matching car with some neat options, like anti-roll bars, Koni shocks and the Aluminum S Calipers on the front. The S Appearance Group parts look good against the original hue of Sepia brown with brown leatherette interior.

The body was taken down to bare metal and resprayed to a high standard. Our painter, Mark Taylor, has several Parade concours trophies to his credit--and our paint shows it. We fixed the small, discrete corrosion issues the car had—specifically the gas tank support under the battery boxes, as well as damage from a rodent building a nest on the pedal cluster. The car was reassembled with new seals, new OE trim and decos as well as a new Sekurit green-tinted windscreen to match the other original glass.

The interior was redone with new carpet, a concours-correct factory dashpad and front seat upholstery from Autos International.

The suspension was cleaned up, painted and freshened with new red Konis as well as new tie rod ends and other misc bits to bring it back to work.

The engine is as-original. We've cleaned and recommisioned the engine with a largely new fuel system (tank, pump, lines, accumulator) and have it running like a charm. It has good and even compression on all six cylinders and doesn't smoke. With 50,000 miles on it--no real sense tearing it down.

Note to self, next house needs its own dyno...Some work this weekend on the rollers at AutobahnExtremist.com getting our control pressures and mixture spot-on.

I wish I could change the title--asking $69,995 or best offer. Not many restored early 911s with fresh paint, trim, upholstery and lots of other stuff for under 80k these days.
