No Power to wiper Motor

My front windshield transmission failed last week; I found one of the ball-and-socket joints had failed and replaced the entire unit with a good Ebay one. Now the wipers won't run. I checked the plug going to the motor and there is no power to the motor at the plug. There's power to the fuse and the hood switch is closed (the switch was replace less than six months ago).
Is there a relay or another switch in the circuit I'm over looking? Or a fusable link?
