key fob
Need advice on a replacement key fob. Do not have a spare key and would like one. Can buy an OEM key fob (so they claim) from keylessentry .com
Then needs to be programmed. Trying to avoid the dealer and their high prices for my - new to me - 2016 Cayenne. Any advice? What have others done? Thanks. |

Call as many locksmiths in your area , there is a possibility you find one that can code keys . If that doesn't pan out start calling Indy European shops for the same reason . Next would be the dealer .

try all this ^^^^ - in my case i bought a new aftermarket key on ebay - i could not find anyone independent to program it into the car - some said they could try..would need to remove BCM and take it back to shop - wasn't really comfortable with that - took it to dealer and they said they could not program it (i don't think they even tried) - i wound up paying the full price at the dealer - somewhere in the area of $800 - ripoff but i needed a key so stuck - good luck
