How to remove rear wiper assemply?

Does anyone know how to remove the read wiper assembly/ I took off the bolts but can't figure out how to get the blade off. I have a new switch and cover I need to put on but I don't want to break anything,

Take the bolt off the center of the rear wiper arm and then move it from side to side firmly while pulling on it until it comes off.

I tried that first and even tried a cat claw to pry it up, but no luck. I guess I was just concerned with busting it all.
