hi everyone,

im a newbies, i got a problem for my ABS, ABS light up at I/C,my transmission gear feel like being lock to 3rd gear at max while using, bring to local garage for diagnosis, the technician said they cant access to the system for abs & tip tronic module
The technician presume its abs failure, but i already get him a used ABS its still the same, what should i do now? Is there a way to check the abs manually for its working condition?

Please help, thoughts, recommendation, advice?

Welcome to the Pelican forum Kelvin. You'll most likely need to take your Porsche to a local independent Porsche shop that has the correct diagnostic equipment to read faults in your system. Normal shops that are not P car specific wont be able to read faults for Porsche specific vehicles. You can find one in your area by using this site here: Independent Porsche Repair | Repair Shops Specializing in Porsche. You want to pull the fault codes in the system before replacing components on the vehicle.

Once you get the correct faults you can post in the comments & suggestions section of this tech article here and one of our P car specialists might have some input for you as far as what might need to be repaired: Porsche Cayenne ABS Sensor Replacement | 2003-2008 | Pelican Parts DIY Maintenance Article. Good luck!
