Cayenne TCU Bad?

Our 2006 Cayenne S flooded the passenger compartment during a recent heavy rain. I started receiving PSM failure alarms and a code PU0103 which is gear shift comms. When i disconnect the TCU connector, there is oil in the connector. I'm assuming this means it fried? any experience with this? Thanks.
