Day two of the car running, let her idle and heat cycle so the Holley Terminator X can self learn the engine. The radiator plus 2x 7.5” spal fans worked great at keeping it under 200 degrees. I know normal LSX operating temp is 210-220 so: so far so good for cooling. I have my fans set to turn on at 200 and off at 180. Running a 170 thermostat. Also to note, I am reverse cooling the motor, so through the cylinder heads first and then down and out the block.
Still can’t figure out the embed, someone care to help me? https://youtu.be/mnzLLP3i5Ao |

She drove today.. just around the block but it was great! I had to pull the drivetrain over the weekend to properly install the clutch release bearing I apparently installed wrong. It was frustrating but I had it out, fixed it, and back in within 7 hours total work time. So I managed to get a couple shots of the engine and trans outside of the car (I pulled the intake to make dropping it easier, get to leave the fuel lines alone and most of the harness plugged in)

It drives! I have a crazy AIC valve noise that I’ll either have to tune out, or go back to the oem sized cable throttle body. The radiator cools, but I’m not sure I have the best airflow to it so I may have to build a duct to ensure the air entering the mouth in the valance has to go through the radiator.
She got an alignment yesterday so I took the opportunity to snap a picture of my coolant lines up front, I know Yan was interested. Note my sway bar and splash plate are not installed, but will be. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1622302629.jpg |

Nice build man!
So looks like you ended up going with a single center rad right? How’s the cooling on it, any issues? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |
Curious on any update with the cooling. Also what exhaust is that you're using? I will be using dual cats on each side and need something compact.

That's when I lost interest because we're looking at about $6700 + costs for the hydraulic parts which will probably be another grand or so and many hour of research, custom fabrication,
