Ls swap
Any options for ls swap into g body besides renegade cradle? And why the cradle? Sbc uses front of engine for mounting and even 996/997 swap uses “wings” for lack of a better term. I’m sure if there was a better diy option the users here would have it figured out but thought I’d ask anyway.
Thanks |

I choose to make my own cradle that bolts to the engine mounts and gearbox mounts timing the middle the rear. I found it really braced up the rear end essentially being a massive chassis brace

rahidone, can you show a picture of his wing that you just purchased? I have one on my 89. Just checking to see if his has changed...

What are the advantages/disadvantages of the cradle versus “wings”? Sorry, I’m new to all this but curious if there are significant differences.
