Using factory water cooled pipe on 1988 Carrera LS

Has Anyone used the 996 or later factory radiator aluminum or stainless (?) tubes as part of their water cooling plumbing on factory air cooled bodies.

I was thinking instead of using Renegade Hybrids radiator hose from front radiator to rear engine..... I could incorporate some of the factory water cooled aluminum or ss parts. I build custom restomods LS radiator systems with ss pipe and silicone components which simplify the coolant components

Please advise and thanks in advance for your input to my question!

I think everyone has thought about that and thought of making custom pipes also. How would you get it under or through to the front?
