small front radiator cutout like oil cooler size

Has anyone ever thought of a small radiator up front like the one in this post:

Cutting into chassis for front oil cooler

or this one:

Elephant Racing has this one: https://www.elephantracing.com/porsche/911/oil-cooling-for-911/oil-cooler-ducting/

My 89 has the rear radiator. Wonder if this cutout and a smaller front radiator that fits into the cutout above will be enough space to get enough cooling on those hot days with an aux radiator up front and my large radiator above the engine... Any thoughts? Anyone try it with their V8?

Integrating a small front radiator, similar to the examples you provided, is a concept that has been explored by some car enthusiasts and aftermarket companies. The idea behind it is to improve cooling performance on hot days by adding an additional radiator at the front of the vehicle.

While there may be benefits to this setup in terms of increased cooling capacity, it's important to note that modifying the cooling system of a car, especially with unconventional configurations, can have potential drawbacks and risks. It's crucial to consider factors such as proper airflow, compatibility with existing cooling systems, and potential impacts on the vehicle's balance and weight distribution.

If you're considering implementing such a modification, it's advisable to consult with experienced professionals or specialists who have expertise in cooling systems and have worked with similar setups. They can provide insights and recommendations based on your specific vehicle and engine configuration.

Additionally, reaching out to car enthusiast forums or communities dedicated to your specific vehicle model or engine type could be a valuable resource. You may find individuals who have attempted similar modifications and can share their experiences and insights.

Ultimately, careful research, consultation, and consideration of potential implications are essential when exploring unconventional modifications to a vehicle's cooling system. mymilestonecard

Dude, you funny. Been here for a while already. You be a rookie with that answer. Sounds like you quote some auto mechanic magazine. Don't want to suggest anything other then rookie.
