911 Alt conversion help/wiring

Bought a 911 Porsche cooling kit for my 1964 Volkswagen beetle. The only problem, no directions. Easy enough install until I get to wiring the Alternator. I have no idea how this bad boy is supposed to be wired in as it's a configuration I've never seen before.
On the back of the alt there are 5 spade connections but it looks like two of them are joined so only 4 actual connections. They are labeled "W" (or "M" maybe), "+", "D+", and "B+". I've included links to a couple pictures to help with identification.
Any help would be great.
